1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between aq22 and its users ("Members" or "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the aq22 platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

aq22 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers slot games, cricket betting, casino games, and other gaming options.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one aq22 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of all outstanding balances. The information required during registration includes:

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

• You are personally responsible for all activities that take place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

Giving account access to a third party or transferring an account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended or closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the aq22 platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that:

• Your account identity verification is complete.
• The applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• The withdrawal method is the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, aq22 may place it on hold and notify the relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be closed immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The applicable wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for the purpose of bonus wagering and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• aq22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated.

5.3 VIP Program

The aq22 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform are required to move up to higher tiers. aq22 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

All members must follow the rules below while playing on the aq22 platform:

• Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be controlled by either aq22 or the user.
• If a technical error is detected in the outcome of any game, the bets for that round will be considered void.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or hardware fault will be considered void.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding across multiple accounts in the same game is prohibited.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Colluding with other members to play fraudulently

If any such activity is detected, aq22 reserves the right to take immediate action and notify the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

9.2 Closure by aq22

aq22 may suspend or close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification
• Detection of underage use
• Legal or regulatory requirements

9.3 Settlement After Closure

Valid balances will be returned after account closure; however, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, aq22 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
